Privacy Policy — Kravo Station

Last updated: 3 October 2026

Kravo Station is a private, internal automation tool built and operated by a single individual (the "operator") to manage his own content and e-commerce activity. It is not a public product, it is not offered as a service to other users, and it does not collect, process, or share personal data belonging to members of the public.

What this software is

Kravo Station runs a small set of automated "rooms," each responsible for one line of the operator's own work: generating and publishing short-form video content, researching and listing print-on-demand products, and finding local business leads. Each room uses the operator's own accounts and credentials on the third-party platforms it touches, and every publish or spend action requires the operator's explicit approval before anything happens for real.

What data it touches

All data handled by Kravo Station belongs to the operator himself, through his own accounts on the following services:

Kravo Station does not collect data from, or about, third parties. It does not have a public sign-up, does not serve end users, and does not run on anyone's data but the operator's own. Where a connected platform exposes buyer or customer information (for example, an Etsy order), that information is used only to fulfil the operator's own orders and provide customer support for his own shop, is not shared further, and is not used for any purpose beyond that transaction.

What it does not do

Data retention and security

Operational data (drafts, logs, generated assets, API credentials) is stored on infrastructure controlled directly by the operator and is not accessible to any other person. Platform credentials are stored as environment configuration on that infrastructure and are never transmitted anywhere outside the direct API calls to the platform they belong to.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the tool's scope changes. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
